    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

    Develandoo (Armenia and US operations offices)  is seeking experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our Dream Team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the adoption, optimization, and integration of products within customers’ business infrastructure;
    • Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to product management and engineering groups;
    • Assist in the post-sales technical process: installation, deployment, training, technical check-ups and escalation management;
    • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating support responses;
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment;
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets;
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands; company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence;
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

     

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of sales experience with IT industry;
    • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
    • Excellent English skills are required;
    • A clear understanding of network & system management solutions;
    • Superior organizational and project management skills;
    • Strong presentation & negotiation skills;
    • Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills;
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
