Customer Support Specialist - English

TT soft Web development company is looking for a motivated and energetic customer service specialist with a strong knowledge of English language.
This is a full-time and office-based position. 

   Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with administrative support
• Respond to chat and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner 
• Providing assistance and information to customers, answering their questions, suggesting solutions or redirecting requests to other relevant staff
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and company policies
• Translating texts and emails from Armenian-English and vice versa.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent English writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Well-organized and flexible
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
