Reporting directly to a Director of HR Management Partners in the EMEA, this individual contributor role at VMware provides direct HR coaching and partnership to people managers from front-line through senior leaders. You can make a difference in our managers and other HR Management Partner team members. You will be part of the EMEA HR Management Partner’s team that also spans the globe with an over 40-member extended team community. The team has a solid foundation in collaboration, building skills through global projects, and group coaching circles.
