    Danish Speaking Sales Assistant

    ABOUT THE POSITION
    We are looking for a hard-working and responsible person to join our Denmark office in the position of Sales Assistant.
    The role of the Danish Speaking Sales Assistant involves answering phone calls, organizing, and scheduling appointments and meetings, quoting prices for freights and shipments within Europe or across the globe and assisting the manager with any related duties upon request. Advanced knowledge of English and Danish, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software are essential.


    Job Type: Full-Time (Mon Fri)
    Working hours: 08:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m. Denmark Office working hours
    Job Status: Permanent 3-month probation period

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
    • File and update contact information of clients, employees, suppliers, and partners, when required.
    • Upon request Assist with bookkeeping, reports etc.
    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
    • Rate and service negotiations with service providers to ensure the best routing/rating options
    • Identifying the best routes and rates available and communicating back through to our customers.
    • Processing RFQ and tender requests through current and third-party suppliers.
    • Liaising with sales on potential and booked shipments to ensure a smooth handover of rates and operations.
    • Maintaining and managing KPI’s through monthly reporting procedures․

     

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Advanced knowledge of Danish
    • Advanced Knowledge of English
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Highly organized and attentive to detail
