    Customer Care Assistant

    Job description:

    Q Group is looking for Customer Care Assistants to work for its newly opened USA branch.

    This role requires you to interact with Q Group customers from USA via phone or email to resolve support issues, sell our services/products and ensure best in class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer interactions you will need to be confident, fully engaged, a team player and dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.

    SCHEDULE

    20:00-8:00, every 3rd day - though it can be more flexible, according to the right candidates needs

    Job responsibilities:

    Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

    • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
    • Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
    • Keep records of all conversations in our  database in a comprehensible way
    • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

    Required qualifications:

    • Near native English speaker
    • Confident and driven individual with great communication skills
    • Quick learner – Has the ability to learn new systems, services and processes
    • Positive personality – We’ll give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed
    • One year of customer service experience and/or equivalent transferable skills
    • IT support and sales experience is a big plus
    • The ability to work in a team environment, to perform under pressure, and sit for long periods of time.
    • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
    • Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team
    • Ability to HAVE FUN and grow your career!
