    Manager/People Operations

    Job description:

    Job responsibilities:

    Work in a small team to build People Operations to support a fast growing technology company.

    • Serve as HR leader in our Yerevan office ensuring a world class employee experience while maintaining compliance and developing processes to scale the operation.  
    • Execute all day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, orientation, employee relations, performance management, HRIS, ATS, and benefits administration.
    • Promote DISQO culture and values internally and externally.
    • Deliver accurate and timely people analytics metrics & reporting to executive team
    • Administer company’s various programs and systems, including group health, HRIS, performance management and measurement tools.

    Required qualifications:

    • 4+ years of progressive HR experience with 1-2 years in a technology start-up.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
    • Experience in all functional areas of HR and People operations.
    • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
    • Excellent at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done; knows how to organize people and activities; understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow
    • Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; is constantly and consistently one of the top performers; very bottom-line oriented
    • Able to execute multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently arranges information in a useful manner.
    • Ability to change priorities and adapt to shifting needs.
    • Experience implementing culture initiatives.
    • Experience with internal communication initiatives and strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
