Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Description:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for working with BI Team to identify, define and provide the stakeholders with the best possible data and analytical information.
Qualifications
Required skills:
- Passion for data analysis and statistics
- Strong mathematical and analytical mindset
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge and experience with SQL
- Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to facilitate group discussions aimed at resolution, being comfortable presenting to small to medium-sized audiences that frequently include leadership and peers
- Comfortable with asking for help and asking clarifying and refining questions related to tasks at hand
- Punctuality and ability to organize others to produce better results in a timely manner
Desirable Skills
- Experience of working in a data warehouse/Business Intelligence environment
- Experience of working with Microsoft Power BI or a similar tool
- Experience dealing directly with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, implementation and continual improvement of reports, dashboards, and trend data using our BI infrastructure
- Have detailed understanding of business operations
- Ensure that the management team have the data and insight needed to successfully run the business
- Provide management team with clear, innovative approaches to understand and analyse the data
- Analyse business processes and make proposals on improving operations using the data provided by BI team
- Formulate the requirements for BI development
- Communicate with the development team for better understanding of technical processes
- Continual quality assurance on all materials and dashboards provided to other parties in the company
- Communicate with the management on a daily basis to align and coordinante cooperation
