Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Work with Digital Marketing & Growth team to create cutting edge design solutions
• Take ideas from abstract concept to concrete visualization through creative processes
• Produce photo, video or animated content using original and third party assets
• Assist with design of client presentations and new business pitches
• Participate in and bring creative visual ideas to brainstorming sessions
• Research, identify and present social and visual trends
• Understand key legal aspects and compliance issues as it relates to usage rights

Experience/Skill Requirements:

• Great understanding of typography, layout and user experience
• Knowledge of all leading social media platforms and social media trends
• Understanding of current creative and design trends
• Creativity not only as it relates to design, but also to problem-solving
• Forward thinking with an interest in exploring and leveraging new content formats
• Proven organizational skills and relentless attention to detail
• High level of interest in constantly learning new things
• Ability to identify and understand problems and willingness to solve them
• The mindset that embraces critical questioning, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Global perspective and understanding of different cultures
• Portfolio of creative work
• 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design
• Outstanding skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to provide accurate work estimates and deliver projects within deadlines
• Design and create social content, banner ads, email newsletter, landing pages and other formats of digital content for a variety of brands.
• Manage projects from beginning to end, create and manage timelines.
• Attention to details
• Strong knowledge of color theory and  iconography design
• Strong knowledge/experience designing for social media platforms
• Image/Video optimization methods
• Experience in developing animation and video ideas
• Understanding of various digital ad tools and the digital media industry as a whole
• Understanding of website structure and the relationship between content, user interface, and technology
