Job Title: SUPPLIER ACQUISITION/RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST
Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Monday to Friday Working Hours Local: Armenian Standard Time (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM)
Office Location: Pushkin 42 (near Northern Avenue)
Pay: $1500 per month for 5 stores (Gross)
We are partnering with an American company that manages Amazon stores.
They currently have several hundred stores under management.
They do the entire support and management of the stores.
The average store has over $100 000 of sales per month.
We are basically bringing the management staff to Armenia because we want to provide very high paying and good jobs to the Armenian market.
Currently, the company has 55 stores that are wait-listed because they do not have the staff to do the management.
Instead of hiring more people from the Philippines, we have decided to partner up with them and hire the staff from Armenia.
This particular job is related to Supplier Acquisition and building relationships with them.
Essentially, you are going to become a representative of the Amazon store and reach out to suppliers and distributors and open up accounts with them. You are going to build a relationship with them. 80% of your job is simply calling them, introducing the store, opening the account, and building a relationship with them.
For each store that you manage, you are going to get paid $300 per month, this is not a commission or a bonus, it is a fixed salary per store per month. An average worker can easily manage 5 stores at the same time. Our top performers manage up to 10 and more stores at the same time.
We are going to have the company founders and coaches fly over from the United States to Armenia on Nov 10 and start building our team, training them, and giving them all the tools they need to succeed.
There is going to be constant online coaching through chats, video calls, live training, as well as video training material to help you.
As you can tell, it is a great learning experience working with International companies and it is not difficult to earn a very high salary in this job as long as you are comfortable speaking English on the phone and are willing to learn whatever we teach you.

For the first month, we are going to have intense training. During this month of training we will pay you $500. If you do well during the training period, we will hire you for full-time work. Depending on your performance, we will assign you the appropriate number of stores in the beginning. The better you perform, the more stores we will assign. And the number of stores will also grow as you become more competent in your job and can handle more clients.
