SEO Specialist (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and generate keywords for contents on digital platforms including website, social media, campaign etc.
• Develop, recommend, and manage optimization strategies to increase search engine rankings, leads, traffic, engagement, and conversion
• Manage on-page SEO and off-page SEO for company websites
• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to understand SEO strategy performance
• Responsible for the analysis of acquisition funnels across a variety of digital channels, working with cross-functional teams to support the business
• Use agile testing (A/B, multivariate) to step change toward improved results over time
• Identify opportunity as well as areas for growth and improvement
• Manage & well versed with all campaigns model
• Identify technical issues that will influence organic search ranking and resolve them
• Collaborate with members from Marketing and IT teams to implement necessary features and changes

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Possess at least a Degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent field.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Excel, and a good head for numbers and working with large data sets.
• Proficient in Lead Generation
• Able to read and write in English or Mandarin as the position is required to liaise with counterparts from other countries
• Expert in customer acquisition methodologies including optimizing cost per acquisition, retention, and lifetime value metrics
• Having experience in Fintech/Stockbroking/E-commerce industry is an added advantage.
• Keep updated to the latest SEO trends, strategies, and algorithm changes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
