Job description:

Job responsibilities:
· Analyze existing code to understand performance impact and propose solutions
· Lead code reviews to drive code implementations towards the best results
· Design, develop and support new business solutions
· Develop applications according to the technical documentation
· Follow the latest technological trends of BackEnd development
· Be able to take requirements from the business on software needs and build on them.
· Map business processes to data models and/or algorithms
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex methodologies and results to the technical team.
· Advise on software development best practices
Required qualifications:
· At least 5 years’ development experience
· At least 2 years’ C# development experience
· Experience with High loaded SAAS systems
· Work experience with Message Brokers, In-Memory Databases and In-Memory data stores
· Experience working with version control tools such as GIT and CI/CD tools.
· Ability to transfer business requirements into technical requirements
· Knowledge of relational databases and experience with MS SQL Server design and development
· Ability to understand and troubleshoot existing code and maintain existing systems.
· Solid algorithms & data structures knowledge and proven ability to apply them to real-world problems
· Strong sense of ownership
