    Administrative Assistant

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    We are currently looking for an Administrative assistant to join our Agency Relations department.

    The ideal candidate must be fluent in English with strong communication skills both written and oral. The role requires to dialogue via email with new partners globally to setup Non Exclusive agency agreements, this will include sending our questionnaires for completion, then doing background checks using online portals and producing draft versions of the Non Exclusive Agency Agreement for the new partners to review.

    This vacancy is suitable for someone who has previous office administration experience with excellent computer skills who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

    • Job Type: Full Time (Mon Fri)
    • Working hours: 09:30 am to 18:30 with 1 hour break
    • Job Status: Permanent 3-month probation period

     

    Job responsibilities

    • Initiate dialogue with new prospective agents via email providing presentations and overview about our company current network and operations across Europe
    • Sending questionnaires to new prospective agents to complete via email
    • Doing background check using online portals on new prospective agents
    • Producing draft agency agreements for prospective agents to review
    • Setting up new partner or agent accounts in our online internal directory, thereafter you will need to maintain and update the directory log as/when required
    • Assist and support various offices within our company with confidential information on agents

     

    Required qualifications

    • Excellent English language skills - oral & and written
    • Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic
    • Ability to quickly process information and make decisions with meticulous attention to details
    • A team player with a high sense of responsibility
    • Proficient in using MS Office applications
