Due to growing business, the position of a Supervisor is vacant in Yerevan French Visa Application Centre (VAC).
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or above is essential (economics, business administration, international relations, hospitality, etc.)
Experiences:
· Minimum 3 years in customer service sphere of the business;
· Minimum 2 years of operational process management ;
· Minimum 2 years in team supervision;
· Work within a Visa Application Center or Public Sector is an advantage;
Requirements:
· High presentation skills;
· Advanced MS office user;
· Experience in customer service or retail environment engaging directly with public;
· Skills of effective performance management, financial and business reporting;
· Fluent English (from B2)/French (C1), other European languages are a benefit;
· "Can do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required;
· Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills;
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
· Dynamic, curious, and motivated mind-set;
· Profound knowledge of Schengen visa procedures and software applications would be a benefit;
Responsibilities:
· Participate in managing day-to-day operations of company's VAC in compliance with Standard Operations Procedure;
· Develop, coordinate, and implement first-class services;
· Work with Government Clients, supporting organizations and companies to develop and enhance services;
· Participate in strategic planning, implementation actions, and ongoing projects;
· Provide business reporting in accordance with Company processes;
· Maximize efficiency of operation processes within the company;
· Ensure the quality of customer service;
· Ensure appropriate communication channels exist between staff and customers;
· Daily team coordination and proactive talent development;
Terms and Conditions:
· Terms of employment in line with the Labour Law of Armenia, one year’s employment contract;
· Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00;
