The Back Office is an integral part of the overall MW Group operations with a dynamic multi-lingual and multi-cultural team to support the ever-growing operations of MW Group across Europe and around the globe. The team in the Back Office speaks Armenian, English, German, Dutch, French, Hungarian, Romanian, Spanish, Russian, Georgian, Persian, Hindi, Chinese, and Arabic and supports MW Group by Consulting and Operation/Sales Support and PR and Marketing.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for Route Development Specialist for Southeast Asia market who will be primary contact between Maurice Ward offices and our overseas partners (Freight Forwarding agents, customs brokers, and logistic companies). The ideal candidate will be proactive and is required to build our market position (via both phone & email) by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with new and existing overseas freight forwarding agents, customs brokers, and logistic companies.
Job Type: Full-Time (Mon Fri)
Working hours: 06:00 a.m. –15:00 with 1 hour lunch break.
Job Status: Permanent after completing a 3-month probationary period
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advanced Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of any local language is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
