    Spanish Speaking Assistant

    Description

    Maurice Ward Group is a Supply Chain Management organization founded in 1968 in Dublin, Ireland. Currently, we operate 50 owned offices in 28 European countries.

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    We are looking for a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a Spanish Speaking Administrative Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is new to the industry and wants to learn the ropes in a supportive environment. You will work closely with a team to help manage customer requests and ensure smooth communication between different departments.

    Full training will be provided

    • Job Type: Full-Time (Mon Fri)
    • Working hours: 12:00 p.m. – 20:30 (lunch break including)
    • Job Status: Permanent 3-month probation period

    Job responsibilities

    • AP accounts booking.
    • Process and review accounts payable invoices to ensure accuracy.
    • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to verify proper approval and coding.
    • Maintain positive relationships with vendors by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Receive, review, and process vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained before payment.
    • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues related to payments or account discrepancies.

    Required qualifications

    • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken.
    • Advanced knowledge of Spanish both written and spoken.
    • Experience in accounts payable and /or administrative tasks working in a functional environment.
    • A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
    • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
