    BO Customs Team Leader

    Description

    Maurice Ward Group is a Supply Chain Management organization founded in 1968 in Dublin, Ireland. Currently, we operate 50 owned offices in 28 European countries.

    ABOUT THE POSITION
    The role of the BO Customs Team Leader involves handling customs declarations for our international customs team operating on Italian and Austrian markets, supervise the team daily operations, provide training.

    Job Type: Full-Time (Mon Fri) - 40 hours per week
        Job Status: Permanent 3-month probation period

    Job responsibilities

    • Manage the team of BO customs specialists
    • Perform the customs declarations with the BO team during the day, if required for capacity reasons
    • Able to assist the team in case of a need, together with Customs INT Team Leader
    • Reporting to Customs INT Team Leader – daily, weekly, monthly
    • Communicate with clients involved in the mentioned countries
    • Supervise the daily operation – check the correct process, contribute to finding the right solutions
    • HR part – ensure people motivation and satisfaction, dealing with errors and their minimization
    • Provide the training to newcomers, together with the Customs INT Team Leader
    • Ensure the correct, fast and proper communication is maintained in the team, in timely manner
    • Provide feedback on team members job performance

    Required qualifications

    • Full time based in Yerevan, Armenia
    • Proven record of practical experience with leading the teams, with supporting references
    • Great communication skills
    • Stress resilient person
    • Task oriented, with ability to evaluate priorities and risks
    • High level of reliability
    • Process-focused and structured person
    • Time flexibility in urgent situations
    • Able to quickly assess the situation and come with the best solution
    • Enough capacity to learn new things
    • Multi-tasking person, working with various customs software’s
    • Able to present own opinion and take decision, if needed
