Retention Sales Manager (Remote)
Job Overview
We are looking for a Conversion Sales Manager who will work with leads and convert them into clients, create a long-term relationships with clients to further work with a personal manager remotely. A professional is expected to demonstrate strong communication, developed sales skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships. The key focus will be phone sales, consultations as well as actively expanding the client base through social networks.
Main Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to leads (newly registered potential clients) of the company;
- Consulting on products and services, selecting optimal solutions;
- Conducting presentations and sales via phone calls or messengers;
- Actively expanding the client base
- Working with CRM and preparing sales reports
Requirements
- Experience in sales is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone and messenger negotiations;
- Strong verbal skills, sales skills is a plus, and ability to handle objections;
- Ability to use social networks for client communication;
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory. Russian or Armenian as a native languages;
The work schedule will be from 15:00 - 00:00 arm time. The schedule is negotiable.
